This Beautiful 4 bedroom / 3 bath Cabin is a wonderful getaway for a small group of people. Secluded over 1900 feet above the valley, high atop Walden's Ridge in Chattanooga, the cabin overlooks the beautiful Sequatchie Valley which is the longest valley in the world and is just 25 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and the Aquarium.

The space
o One of the best views of the Sequatchie Valley
o Surreal views and sunsets hard to find elsewhere
o Hot Tub that’s perfect for relaxing
o Shared driveway with neighboring property
o Outdoor staircase to utilize in poor weather if driveway is shut down
o Only 25 minutes to Downtown Chattanooga
o Rocking Chairs and Gas Grill on the decks
o Fire Pit perfect for fall and s'mores
o Fully stocked and equipped kitchen
o Comfy beds, couches, and reading nooks
o Peaceful and quiet
o Washer and Dryer at the house
o Equipped with dinnerware, utensils, and almost anything you would need for a home-cooked meal
o Internet has been updated to better allow for streaming. Gaming would not be ideal, but guests are now able to stream a movie and use normal internet usage with no issues.
o The driveway to get to the cabin is steep, but all cars can make it
o There is an additional parking lot above the cabin

**IMPORTANT: During the months of December-February guests may have to use the top parking area and use the stairs to access the property as icy conditions make the driveway unsafe to use.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire property. Parking can be a bit tricky and we only allow up to 6 cars max. For the time being, only 3 cars can park down by the cabin and the others must park up top.

Other things to note
No parties or events are allowed.

Please note that during the winter months, especially between mid-October and early December, our area experiences an influx of ladybugs. While harmless, they may be more prevalent in and around the cabin, particularly near doors and windows. We take proactive measures like regular pest control to minimize their presence. However, you may encounter a noticeable number, particularly near thresholds. We've provided a vacuum cleaner for your convenience to quickly address any issues.

Neighborhood highlights

The cabin sits on top of a ridge and therefore is very secluded and not part of a neighborhood. It feels very remote, peaceful, and serene.

**Parking is limited as we share a driveway with the neighbor. Only 3 cars can park next to the cabin and any additional cars must park at the top parking lot above the cabin. Shared drive is closed from December through March. See photos for stairs used to access the cabin during these months.

Chattanooga is one of my favorite cities I've been to. They have great food, awesome attractions, and so many cool things to see. Plus it's easy to get around; you rarely have any traffic.
