This listing is for BOTH (2) tiny houses! Great for couples, family or friends who want to hang-out, but have their own amenities & space to sleep. Minutes from the center of Quechee, explore everything Woodstock and the surrounding area has to offer! Grill on the deck, play corn-hole in the yard, or relax by the fire-pit! The houses are perfect for a cozy weekend stay or a whole week of exploring. Outdoor adventure, restaurants & breweries, its all here! A truly unique Vermont experience!

The space
Enjoy 14 acres of woods and hiking trails that lead to Quechee Gorge Village. The property backs up to the Quechee polo fields. There is an expansive yard for lounging and playing games. A shared deck space between the houses has an electric grill and a fire pit for those chilly Vermont evenings.

Both tiny houses have full bathrooms with flushing toilets and on-demand hot water. One house has a walk-in tile shower and the other has a jet tub/shower combo.

Amenities in both houses include mini-fridge, 2-burner stove top, toaster oven, electric kettle, french press for coffee, large smart-tvs, fast wireless internet, mini fire-place and a deck with grill and adirondack chairs for sitting around the fire pit. There is plenty of parking and lots to do in the area, including hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, fat-tire biking, swimming, kayaking, snowmobiling, great restaurants, brewery tours, and more!

Guest access
The tiny houses sit on 14 private acres that your group will have all to yourselves! There is a large front yard with a fire pit, a deck with a grill, lots of wooded area to explore, as well as, stone walls and brooks surrounding the property.
The driveway and parking area are plowed and sanded in the winter, but SUV's and/or tire chains are highly recommended for the snowy months!

Other things to note
The houses are stocked with organic coffee and oatmeal to get your mornings started right!
