City Noises: As a first-floor unit in a historic duplex located downtown, you may occasionally hear sounds from the neighboring unit or typical city noises (traffic, construction, nearby neighbors, street activity, and emergency vehicles). Sound machines are provided for your comfort.

Inclement Weather: Refunds will only be issued for mandatory evacuations. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Other Units: We own six units across three duplexes in the area. If you need more space or are traveling with a larger group, please inquire about our other listings.
