Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with an awesome view of the mountains in Bryson City, North Carolina. The home has a spacious outdoor covered porch w/ a grill and outdoor seating perfect for your family gatherings with a view.
Enjoy all four seasons in this private location that's nestled on over 5 acres and conveniently located near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
As written in the house rules, no pets are allowed. The homeowner's family has allergies and we cannot accept pets.

The space
The home offers abundant space for sleeping, eating, and connecting with your group. It's designed to be comfortable, with designer touches, and inclusive of many beautiful custom features, such as custom railing and barn wood that remind you of the surrounding beauty outside the home. During the build, our builders, Perkins Builder Brothers, documented several of the custom features of the home on their You Tube channel.

The home offers over 3,123 square feet of finished interior space, plus over 1,090 square feet of total outdoor porch space for your family. The 540 square foot covered porch is the most popular area for most of our guests.

👟The hardwood floors upstairs and stained concrete downstairs are beautiful, and the rugs help with comfort, but you may want to bring some comfortable slippers for your stay.
