Enjoy staying in a quiet hillside home on a dead-end street in Diamond Bar!
Located in a very peaceful hilly community with stress-free access to 57 and 60 FWYs this home is close to markets, banks and restaurants. Open floor arrangement invites smooth transition between living and dining rooms with kitchen and the back yard at ground level. Spacious master bedroom suite on the second floor features a huge balcony deck with wonderful hillside views.

The space
Bright and spacious 3000 SF home.
The upper floor has a spacious master suite bedroom and master bath plus three rooms which share a double sink full bathroom.

The lower level features effortlessly flowing formal dining and living into a spacious kitchen, a bedroom and a full bathroom.

The Kitchen is fully equipped for family cooking: rice-cooker, microwave, tea kettle, water heater, coffee maker, blender, pressure cooker, pots and frying pans, spices, tea and coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil and soy sauce.

Outside giant tiled area lined with fruit trees adds extra comfort to the backyard when dining or just enjoying the breeze.

There is a two-car garage good for SUVs and parking for three cars in front.

Located in a very quiet residential area short drive to several supermarkets with easy access to multiple freeways and several major streets.

The house configuration and space is ideal for families and large groups.

Good place, Safe for kids. There are many parks and hiking trails nearby.

Guests have access to the entire house with a garage for two cars and outside yard with lounge and dining areas.

CLEANING - Our experienced cleaning service providers dedicate at least 5 hours to the full sanitization of our home prior to check-in, ensuring a hygienic and spotless place for your visit. Because of recent COVID-19 developments, we have expanded upon our sanitizing procedure with CDC compliant methods, providing special attention to all frequently touched surfaces, such as light switches and doorknobs, and by requiring special equipment for the cleaning staff.

This is a minimum 30 days stay home.

This is both self-check in and checked in by host property when host or co-host are available. The check in instructions will be sent to you through Airbnb messaging platform 24-48 hours before your check-in.

Check Out by 11AM unless pre-arranged with our office. Cleaning crew will be showing up at 11AM sharp and knocking on the door. Thank you.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! This is a quiet and private gated residential neighborhood. If we receive a call regarding after hours noise, loud music or disturbance on this booking, you may be asked to leave and have your reservation canceled without a refund. Los Angeles County Noise Control Ordinance defines “quiet hours” from 10PM to 7AM. No large gatherings are allowed anywhere in this booking - inside or outside. Only the number of guests included in the booking are allowed on the premises at all times!

This is a no pet, no party and no smoking house. Extra cleaning and damage restoration fee will be applied if these rules are not followed.
