Welcome to our cabin on Lake Michigan. Our cabin sits near the end of a dead end road and is very peaceful and quiet. At the end of the road is a historic county park. The cabin sleeps up to 8 guests and has all the amenities of home! Relax on the deck, take the kayaks for a spin, enjoy a fire indoors or out, or ride our bikes. Play games late into the night. Shoot hoops! Or, take in amazing sunrises. We offer a pet-free space. Google “Low Cabin” for our website and social media pages!

The space
If you like peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Beautiful sunrises with sunlight poring into the cabin. You are within a short drive to everything Door County has to offer yet in a completely private setting. The best of both worlds!

We provide everything but food and your clothes! The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen with tons of dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs and appliances. For your comfort, the cabin can be heated or cooled to your preference via central heating and cooling.

There’s both an indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit available. Bring your own wood or use ours - we have an unlimited amount - for a small donation. There is both a Weber charcoal grill and a Weber gas grill.

All bedding, linens and towels are provided with plenty of spares. We provide everything except clothes and food.

The cabin offers high speed WiFi via Starlink internet. There is a TV as well, and typical streaming services you subscribe to are available but - you’re at a cabin in the woods on a lake 🙂. We encourage you to disconnect from your electronics. Read a book, play games, hike, swim, and relax. There are lots of DVDs available, or bring your own. There is also a classic Nintendo gaming console available.

The gourmet kitchen is completely remodeled and is stocked with plenty of dishes, flatware, glasses, etc. Plenty of common appliances and kitchen essentials. Everything you need to prepare meals if you choose.

The area is so quiet you could hear a pin drop. The sky is vivid with stars from no ambient ground light. The waves hitting the shore will rock you to sleep. The sunrise with your morning coffee will leave you gazing aimlessly.

Use “low cabin” on various social media sites to check on the latest happenings as we are always upgrading and improving our cabin.

Guests have access to the entire cabin and property.

Other things to note
No parties allowed, no smoking allowed, and all members of the group must be included in the reservation request. The individual making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. We verify guest count upon arrival to make sure the number of guests do not exceed the number registered.
