The Statesman, in the heart of Lexington, allows opportunity to experience the conveniences of downtown by foot. This 3-story (stairs only) historic townhouse has undergone a face lift, having spared no expense with high end finishing. Enjoy modern day conveniences while maintaining the old-world charm.

Location, Location, Location! Formerly owned by Henry Clay, The Statesman is a high-end vacation rental. Whether in town for a sporting event, horse racing, a show at Rupp Arena, work trip, Bourbon Trail, wedding, or just an incredible weekend getaway, The Statesman offers a 5-Star experience every guest will enjoy.

***The property is located in the heart of Downtown and above a prominent bar Henry Clay's Public House, so noise is a potential on the second floor bedroom/living room area on weekends when live bands are playing or key events are in town***

Guests will be dazzled by this fashionable downtown unit. Featuring high end finishes and modern day amenities, this 3-Story property has 10-20ft Ceilings throughout. We cant even begin to describe the amount of natural light, views, and character this property possess. Featuring WiFi, guests will also enjoy a Roku TV in each bedroom and will have access to Spectrum Cable. The property does include quite a few steps leading to all the floors of our space.

The house is setup as follows: The Ground Floor offers lobby seating area. The Second Floor offers a living room with downtown views, a master suite that is connected with a king bed and a full bathroom just off the common area. Venture to the Third Floor where guests will find a full kitchen, open loft with two queen beds and desk area. Just off the loft, guests will find a full bathroom with claw-foot tub and a bedroom with a queen bunk bed. Off the back of the property guests will have access to a private deck where you can sun bathe, relax, eat or enjoy a Kentucky beverage.

An iron and ironing board come with this unit for all of those important events and photos. Residents will also enjoy heat and air conditioning during their stay. While we love furbabies, this property is NOT pet friendly.

No parking on property - there is Free Street Parking on the Weekends & during the week guests will need to pay to park at street meters or close Parking Lots. Absolutely no parties permitted.
