Welcome to ’B ’t Oale Spoor,’ located in a lovely spot right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the charming village of Hellendoorn!

At the back of the garden is our guest house with a private garden, living room, kitchenette with pantry, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with a double bed, loft bedroom with 2 beds above the kitchen, and 1 bed in the mezzanine bedroom.

Downtown and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, right next to the forest and Pieterpad.

The space
The space is completely private and equipped with all the comforts.

You are very welcome if you come with more than 2 people; the space is cozy, but not large.

Guest access
The property is entirely intended for our guests.

The sleeping loft/mezzanine can be accessed via a sturdy wooden ladder. Not suitable for small children or people with difficulty walking.

Other things to note
Please take care of linens (including bedding) yourself. Pillows and duvets are ready. The bed downstairs is 160x200 with 2 single mattresses, duvet 200x200. Upstairs, there are several 80 x 200 mattresses with a few duvets. The upstairs sleeping areas are cozy, but small and simple.

Dogs (max 2) are welcome, provided not too loud, well behaved and friendly towards other dogs and children. Fees €19,- per dog per stay, if more than a dog please pay the extra fee on the spot.

We live next to an equestrian farm, events are occasionally organized there. In that case, next to our house it is a bit busier than usual.

The cozy center of both Hellendoorn and Nijverdal is within walking distance. Adventure park and swimming pool around the corner. Our front garden is directly adjacent to the Salland ridge with great mountain bike and hiking trails. Cities such as Enschede, Deventer, Zwolle and Hengelo are easy to reach by public transport or car. The station of Nijverdal is about 2 km away.
