Rosie's Homestead is an early 1900's family farmhouse that has been newly remodeled in the Schulenburg area. It sits on 17 acres that provides just the needed privacy. Farmhouse charm resonates in every room with 4 large bedrooms (2 downstairs) and 3 spacious full bathrooms (all with double vanities). It comfortably sleeps 16! Porches on the front and back of the home. Large fenced-in yard. Large game barn in close proximity to house with ping pong table, cornhole, and dominoes table, etc.

The space
While searching for a renovation project, we discovered the farmhouse my father and his siblings grew up in was on the market. All went smoothly, and here we are today able to share it with you! Rosie, was the name of our Great, Great Grandmother who lived there when it was first being constructed. We found it suitable to name the house after her.
