Just 1 hour from Washington DC, the spacious and tranquil Farmhouse at Dogwood Pond resides on 50 acres of land, and includes a large pond equipped for fishing. Our guests enjoy the nearby Purcellville Historic District for quality restaurants and cafes, vintage shopping, and the W&OD trail entrance at the old Purcellville train station. The property is also a swift 20 minute drive to historic downtown Leesburg, Waterford, Harper's Ferry, and endless wineries, breweries, hiking and bike trails.

The space
Our amenities are plentiful with consistently refreshed decor, bedding, and toiletries throughout the house. We have just completed two major bathroom renovations in Spring 2024!

Nearly every room is meant to provide its own oasis. There is a fireplace on each floor, screened-in porch with a sunset forest backdrop, covered front porch with a sunrise view, and a south-facing outdoor patio with a grand built-in brick chiminea overlooking the pond.

The dining room seats up to 10 comfortably and we have a custom renovated kitchen as of Fall 2021! The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, toaster, coffee maker, dinnerware, serve ware, and more.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire property, with the exception of inside the barn and shed. In general, the perimeter of the property is marked by the pond and forest lines. Guests may find an iconic map of the property inside the "Birds of Dogwood Pond" binder book at the farmhouse.
