Welcome to a bright, cosy, family & pet friendly Phillip Island accommodation. 3 bedroom beach house, fully fenced, walk to local off- leash dog beach & Cowes town centre. Kids' playground and playroom on premises. Short drive to boat ramp and all tourist attractions. Linen/towels included in price. Free parking & great location! 2 min drive to Andersons Boat Ramp. Town centre a 1.2km walk, beach 500m. Very reasonable rates for the entire home. 7 guests maximum. Pets welcome inside 🐾.

The space
This Phillip Island accommodation is a cosy 3 bedroom, fully fenced family and pet friendly beach house with free wi-fi. Pets welcome inside the house. Dog bed provided or bring your own. Just 500 meters from the dog beach and 1.2 kms from the Cowes Town Centre.
The Andersons Rd boat ramp and cafe is a 2min drive, 5 min walk to general store. Just 12 km from Phillip Island Penguin Parade, 6 km from the Grand Prix circuit, 6km from Shearing Shed wedding venue. 500m to off-leash dog beach (off leash times vary throughout the year). Perfect base to explore all of Phillip Island's attractions.

House consists of:
-Bedroom 1 - queen bed (sleeps 2)
-Bedroom 2 (kids' retreat - sleeps 2 on a double bed + 1 single kids trundle upon request) - There is a TV, DVD, drawing table and plenty of toys for kids to be occupied with.
-Bedroom 3 - queen bed (sleeps 2)
-1 Bathroom with separate shower and bath. Separate toilet.

-Laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your use. Dryer is located in the garage. Please bring your own washing powder.

- Living area is open and spacious with 2 large couches and 2 arm chairs, TV, DVD player and stereo, making relaxing and chatting with family or friends easy and comfortable.

-Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, pots, pans and utensils if you wish to cook or just make coffee in the coffee machine. Toaster, kettle and sandwich press also provided.

- Split system heating/cooling in living area, wall heater in corridor. Panel heater in each bedroom for your comfort. Pedestal fan in each bedroom for the hotter months.

- Outdoors rinse the kids off after the beach under the outdoor shower and then keep them entertained with a kids' swing set, cubby house and sand pit in the back yard.

- Garage - contains a ping pong table, dart board and foose ball table.

For your convenience, we provide linen, doonas, covers and bath towels at no extra cost. Please bring your own cot sheets if using the provided baby portacot.

Your pooch has a dog bed and bowls provided too - if you choose to bring your furry friend along (by prior arrangement).
