With soaring ceilings, natural wood beams, and open gathering spaces, the home is ideal for groups looking to relax, cook together, and enjoy time in nature.

The open-concept chef’s kitchen with stainless appliances flows into a spacious living area divided into two cozy zones by floating stairs. Relax with plush seating, a 55-inch smart TV, and a wood-burning stove that keeps the space warm during colder months. The house also includes 4-zone central heating, high-speed internet, strong cell service, and a standby generator.

During summer months, air conditioning units in the main living room and primary bedroom help keep the space comfortable. As a historic barn, the home retains its rustic charm and climate control may vary slightly with the seasons.
