La Grange is a beautifully restored 200-year-old barn designed with a relaxed French farmhouse aesthetic, combining historic character with comfortable modern living. With soaring ceilings, natural wood beams, and open gathering spaces, the home is ideal for groups looking to relax, cook together, and enjoy time in nature.

The open-concept chef’s kitchen with stainless appliances flows into a spacious living area divided into two cozy zones by floating stairs. Relax with plush seating, a 55-inch smart TV, and a wood-burning stove that keeps the space warm during colder months. The house also includes 4-zone central heating, high-speed internet, strong cell service, and a standby generator.

During summer months, air conditioning units in the main living room and primary bedroom help keep the space comfortable. As a historic barn, the home retains its rustic charm and climate control may vary slightly with the seasons.
