WEEKEND RESERVATIONS:
Three night MINIMUM is required on all weekends. Friday and Saturday MUST be booked together. Weekends are our most popular time in the city, which is why we require Friday and Saturday to be booked together. We have this rule due to the fact that it makes the other weekend night almost impossible to book if it is split up.

You will enjoy the entire home of thoughtfully designed rooms and living spaces. The first floor of the home boasts a open concept dining room and living room.
The second floor has a large master bedroom with a king bed and a double bed. The two other bedrooms both have a king bed.
All natural, bright and warm tones flow throughout the home. Only 1.7 miles to Germantown, 1.9 miles to the Gulch, 1.8 miles to Vanderbuilt University, and just 2 miles to Broadway and all the Honky Tonks.
Our goal is to make you feel right at home.

They treat the property as their own and we pay them well for a thoroughly clean home.
