Welcome to this beautiful home, located on the West Side of Buffalo. Tons of amazing restaurants, breweries, parks, just a short distance to the Harbor Center, Canal Side, and within miles of great museums as well as the Buffalo zoo. No parties. Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 people in the home at all times. Please keep that in mind when booking. The home is a townhome with a shared wall. No smoking in the home. All bedrooms are upstairs. There are full bathrooms downstairs and upstairs.

The space
Check in is easy! No contact with host for check in/out as front door and rear door are passcode enabled making it easy for guest to check in and not have to worry about losing a key or sharing with other guests.

Highlights:
2 floors, all updated (house is new built, est in 2015).

Central air throughout home in addition to ceiling fan in all bedrooms.

Off street parking in the back of house for 1-2 cars, street parking available if additional car space is needed.

Centrally located in the city (close to Allentown, Elmwood village, Downtown, KeyBank and Harbor center, Delaware Park, Hertel ave all within 1-5 miles). 25 minute drive to Niagara Falls, 2 miles from Peace Bridge.

Open floor plan from living room, to dining room, to kitchen. Great for entertaining
Bluetooth enabled speakers in the ceiling of every room. Operated by receiver in the living room, guests will be able to steam music via their phones during their stay.

3 bedrooms. All upstairs.
Master bedroom has a mounted flatscreen tv
Second bedroom with a queen sized bed
Third bedroom with two twin beds.

Outdoor space:
Front and back patio
Seating provided at both locations
Table on the back patio, along with stainless steel char broil grill. Backyard with privacy fence. Not fully enclosed due to driveway. This is a townhouse so the backyard is shared with the neighboring unit.

Guest access
The entire townhouse. All bedrooms upstairs. There is no longer bunk beds, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Please note there is a small, one time fee for Pets

Other things to note
Great area for biking, waking, and exploring! All bedrooms upstairs. There is a small fee for all pets, please include if your booking or reach out to host for questions regarding pet fee. The backyard has a private patio and an outdoor space that it shard with the attached unit. The yard is fenced in fully in the back, however there is an opening for the driveway.
