This fully independent panoramic cottage is on the top of a mountain, however to get to the beach only takes minutes.
If you wish to rest and get away from the crowds of the beach, but you still wish to stay nearby Lake Balaton, you should come and visit us.
Roam the hills or visit the vineyards, festivals, local markets, or a gastro village.
Arrive on horseback or on a bike. Bike stations and hitching rails are available.
We will also recommend tried and tested places and offer tips, based on our own experiences.
We take extra care to adhere to cleaning and safety guidelines and use bio products. Your health and safety are important to us.
Due to stairs, this accommodation may not be suited to people with mobility issues. However, we created sleeping arrangement for one person on the ground floor with access to bathroom and kitchen without the use of stairs.
Guest access
You will be able to use the entire house on your own and at your leisure. No close neighbours. No high traffic roads at all. No curfew. You may let your children and imagination run wild.
Bike stands and hitching rails are available. Organize a grill party! We provide the space and all the equipment. Watch the sunrise or shooting stars from our panoramic terrace.
Perfect for family reunions or an engagement party. Well kept parking spaces for several vehicles.
Other things to note
Our drinking water is superb quality. No need to bring bottled water. If anything, you will be taking water home with you. Yes. It's that good. If permitted by the authorities, you will be able to build a fire. We provide firewood as well as all the equipment.
If you wish to roam the hills we recommend full leg coverage to avoid pricly vegetation and bugs. You are in nature. If bugs and forest creatures are not your thing, accomodations in less rural places will suite you better.
