Beautiful,modern one bed studio loft situated in the market town of Newtownards. This property is in a great location to use as a base to explore the surrounding areas of Strangford Lough and the Mourne Mountains which are both idyllic walking locations. The apartment is situated approximately 10 miles east of Belfast and 5 miles from the scenic town of Bangor.
For any wedding guests of the popular Strangford Arms Hotel we are located within a five minute walk from their premises.

The space
The dwelling itself consists of an open plan living and kitchen area with a separate bathroom. There is a large,comfortable king size bed as well as free WiFi and Virgin TV facilities. A fully functional kitchen area is also present including an electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. A fridge is also present.

Neighborhood highlights

We are located in a quiet residential part of the town although at the same time the apartment is only a two minute walk from Newtownards town centre where guests can avail of some great shopping, cafes/restaurants as well as a bus station which provides links to all surrounding areas including the city of Belfast. This is approximately a 20 minute drive away.
Please note that the small town of Portaferry is 18 miles from the apartment. This will be an attractive destination for a day trip for any Game of Thrones fans as many filming locations are set here. Portaferry is an approximate drive of 20-30 minutes away.
The popular sea side towns of Bangor and Holywood are also in close proximity. Both towns have great options for eating out as well as being family friendly.
