The space
On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with living room, bedroom and bathroom, while the first floor is connected by internal stairs, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Another detail to emphasize is basement with the entertainment space for the whole family with many amenities including PlayStation 4 (PS4), billiards (size No. 9), table football, darts, chess or area for drinking wine. For sports enthusiasts there is a tennis and a boccia court. For basketball fans, only a few tens of meters away there is a basketball court. The spacious pool and nice sun deck offer you true moments of rest. The entrance leads to a free parking and is part of a landscaped yard where there is a children's playground and a mini-golf course (6 variants of the game). OUR VISION - Make Mandalina a unique and recognizable brand of top family and Team Building Tourism and handmade different types of functional products based on indigenous varieties of cherries and almonds. An orchard was built on 1 hectare, and Maraska cherry trees (Prunus cerasus var. Marasca, 280 trees) and late-flowering almond trees (Prunus amygdalus 80 trees) were planted as basic crops. It is these crops that represent the backbone of the development of agricultural production of this economy. In addition to basic crops, other indigenous varieties of cherries, figs, pomegranates, quinces, plums, walnuts, grapes, apples and apricots have been planted.
In order to fulfill the main imperative, healthy production, careful selection of varieties, grown in optimal agroecological conditions, preserved the perfect indigenous pomological appearance of fruits, ensured optimal yield and durability of fruits.
