Perfect for weekend getaways, visiting family, Crow Barn workshop attendees, or travelers passing through central Ohio.

Please note this is an upper duplex accessed by fairly steep stairs. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom, and portions of the bathroom ceiling are lower/sloped due to the historic roofline.

While the home has a few charming quirks that come with older properties, guests love the cozy atmosphere, thoughtful design, convenient location, and feeling of having a peaceful home away from home. 🌿

A peaceful home away from home and nature lovers delight. While this area lacks the hustle and bustle of the big city, it’s a breath of fresh air that will invite you to keep coming back.

My suite is 30 miles from Downtown Columbus. There you will find popular sporting venues, Huntington Ball Park and Nationwide Arena, home of the Columbus Blue Jackets. Known as the art and soul of Columbus, the culturally rich Short North. As well as the Midwest’s premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destination featuring pedestrian-friendly open-air town squares, fountains, and parks, Easton Town Center.

If you're looking to escape the city life and reset in nature, this location includes a plethora of options. Located in southeastern Ohio, 30 miles from the suite, Hocking Hills State Park has received national and international acclaim as a top park to visit. Stunning in every season, the park features towering cliffs, waterfalls, and deep, hemlock-shaded gorges for hikers and nature lovers to enjoy. You can look forward to views of wildflowers adorning the forest floor in springtime and vivid foliage in the fall.

Some closer attractions include Ohio’s oldest state park remains a beloved destination, Buckeye Lake (11 mi). This close to home hot spot boast numerous trails for hiking, an inviting beach for the whole family and plenty of lakeside restaurants to satisfy everyone’s palate and even a winery where you can catch a golden sunset.

Smeck Historical Farm (2 mi) is right down the road and a perfect place to take the children or a solo adventure. Some of the activities you can enjoy at this park are viewing the Windmill and Fetter-Hood Barn, birding and nature watching, photography, hiking or walking, dog walking, playing in the mown grassy areas, picnicking.
