The space
This classic home was built in the 1800s and maintains its historic feel with modern amenities. The property is conveniently located off of Lincoln Highway but nestled in a wooded area for a great combination of accessibility and tranquility. Enjoy the shaded patio, glassed in porch, and comfortable living room areas.

HEATED POOL recently install. Our courtyard around the pool is still being completed and grass is growing; however, the beautiful, heated, Aruba style fiberglass pool is ready for use with tanning ledge. Pool depth is approximately 3.5-5 feet deep.

The home can be rented entirely (4 bed, 3 baths) or by room. The master suite includes its own bathroom with shower and closet. One first floor bedroom has access to first floor bathroom and two second floor bedrooms share a bathroom, also on the second floor.

Neighborhood highlights

It is a wonderful time to visit our blossoming downtown Everett! This beautiful “hometown US” has boutique shops and restaurants including the farm fresh coffee shop and eatery, The Provender, and the historic and beautifully remodeled The Union restaurant and bar.


My favorite and closest restaurant is Down River golf course bar and grill. There are a few Italian restaurants in downtown Everett as well as a few small diners. Good Old Days antique shop is right up the road on Lincoln Highway.

Downtown Bedford offers a number of boutique style shops and restaurants as well as the beautiful Bedford Springs resort.
