4 km from the beaches and the port of Lesconil, 500 m from shops, renovated studio of 50 m², ideally for 2 people, 4 people possible, at the back of a beautiful farmhouse. Living room with sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi (low), very well equipped open-plan kitchen, sleeping area separated by a Breton furniture with 160 bed, shower room, separate toilet. Linens and basic products are provided. No pets because the small front garden is not fenced.

The space
For lovers of beautiful stone, countryside, and beaches not too far away, come and stay in our studio, located at the back of a large farmhouse with modern decor, recent amenities:

- living area with sofa bed (140 × 190)
- dining room with exposed stone
- fully equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine)
- bedroom area (160 x 200 bed)
- shower room
- separate toilet
- small terrace, parking
- garden furniture, barbecue
- flat-screen TV, WIFI (ADSL internet, weak in the area).

Linens (sheets, towels, tea towels) provided, baby cot and baby chair provided on request. There is no cleaning fee that would increase the price because we prefer to leave the choice to guests. Please leave the studio as clean as you find it; cleaning option (€30).
Self-check-in will be preferred at this time and we remain available during your stay.

Note: the rear facade remains to be renovated and the farmhouse is also offered for rent.
We do not accept pets because the small front garden is close to the road and is not fenced.

The stone cottage was in ruins when we bought it in 2007. Slowly, we renovated the entire property and the adjacent studio in the back was recently finished. It is spacious and in the dining area, you can see the old stones. You have your own privacy with a parking area, tiny garden, terrace with table and chairs to relax outside. It was rated 3 stars.
