Welcome to our home! It is nestled in the heart of Atlanta in the Historic Grant Park District. Our renovated front of house, duplex unit provides guests with a spacious one bedroom, one full bath space. Private entrance and fully furnished with all the necessities for up to 2 guests. Walking distance to Grant Park, Zoo Atlanta, Oakland Cemetery and lots of local shopping on the Beltline. Perfect for a weekend trip or quick one night stays.

The space
Our home was built in 1920, but recently received some TLC and much needed renovations. Our favorite part of this home is the large front yard which is atypical for this historic area. The space includes a large front porch (porch swing included) and a full kitchen with access to all appliances. Living area with TV and internet access. And complimentary driveway parking.

~ We do not charge a cleaning fee to our guests! We know how quickly taxes and fees add up and want our space to be an affordable option in the area. We just ask that you follow a few checkout instructions to tidy up!

~ Induction cooktops - We do not have a traditional stovetop, but provide two portable induction cooktops that can be plugged into an outlet and used as needed. It heats up VERY quickly, but can be adjusted to the desired temperature. If you don't feel comfortable using it, we have a full sized oven and microwave available.

Historic Grant Park is the oldest neighborhood in Atlanta and boasts some of the most beautiful historic homes. Guests can safely stroll the neighborhood and even walk to our local Kroger in less than 5 minutes. This area has easy access to main highways, but the feel of being tucked away from all the action on a quiet street.

Their little corner of Grant Park has become a special place that has welcomed guests from across the country and around the world.
