The inviting, carpeted living room offers a comfy couch with lounger seats, a TV, and tranquil views of the spacious fenced-in yard and rock patio. Fast, reliable internet makes remote work a breeze, while the fully stocked kitchen and comfy dining area make mealtime easy and enjoyable.

With level-in access (no steps), free and easy parking, and a location close to town and nature trails, this cottage is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

We offer complimentary Level 2 fast charging for electric vehicles—so you can recharge your car while you recharge yourself. No extra fees, no hassle—just plug in and relax!

In addition to your private fenced yard, you’re welcome to enjoy the spacious one-acre shared backyard—an open, grassy retreat framed by towering cypress and pine trees. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, watch the sunset, or stargaze under the clear evening skies.

Guests are also invited to use the shared greenhouse, a peaceful space to relax and pick fresh, seasonal vegetables. Depending on the time of year, you’ll find lettuces, beans, tomatoes, carrots, parsley, and peppers—feel free to harvest what you need during your stay.

For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, the greenhouse is equipped with interior and exterior cameras with video and audio monitoring.
