The space
Living space of the Villa la Pineda is 130m2 and the yard is 2000 m2.

Parking is abailable and we are pet friendly.

In the shed next to the house there is a kitchenette , in the second shed’s room wood is kept .


There is a fireplace and wood central heating stove , both burned by wood which is being kept in a small shed next to the house. They both provide warm temperature, and needed to be loaded every 3-4 hours. also wherever tiles are there is floor heating.

The ground floor has a spacious living room with fireplace and satellite TV and exit to a large terrace with dining table and mountain view.

The kitchen is fully equiped with all apliencies , ideal for longer stays ( basic ingridients such as coffe, sugar, salt, oil, flour...)
Dining room , ready to gather 12 people.

Bathroom with hot tube is on the ground floor. Boiler is on electricity , capacity 80l .


Upstairs leading to first floor there is a relaxing corner where you can enjoy a party of chess.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.

First bedroom has a double bed (160x200)
The second has a double bed ( 160x200) and a platform where is single bed ( 90x200)
These two rooms share same balcony with mountain view.

Third bedroom , master bedroom has a king size bed ( 180x 200) working space and a platform double bed (150x 200) and a balcony.

Fourth bedroom is on the ground floor, it has single bed (90x200).

Villa Pineda is located in peacefull area, in pine forest, few meters from the entrance to the national park Lovcen.

Lovcen mausolem is 15 minutes driving. Zip line Njegusi is two minutes walking from us.

We are located in the most famouse montenegrin village Njegusi, birthplace of montenegrin Petrovic dinasty. The village is famouse of production of national dishes : smoked ham (prschuitto) and hard cheese.

We would be glad to organize for you smoke house visit and get for you some of the fresh homemade organic products.

Next to the house is the restaurant “Krstac” as well as the Ethno village Saint Geogrije.
A small grocery shop is 2,5 km from us, in the small village center open fron 07a.m-3p.m.

Food delivery is possible.

Curvy road serpetines with stunning views lead to Kotor which is 25 km away, or some 40 minutes by car, same as Tivat airport as well as luxury marina Porto Montenegro.

Cetinje, the old royal capital is 15 min by car.
Budva 45 minutes driving
Podgorica , the capital 45 minutes driving.
