Prior to arriving at the property, a supplemental rental agreement will need to be signed that specifies your rights, obligations and waiver of liability.

As well, in keeping with local bylaws we we will need to have all guests staying at the home listed on a registry we will send by email.

100% of the cleaning fee is paid to independent, local cleaners to ensure we are providing a living wage as well as outstanding cleaning and sanitization.

Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property for your safety, as well as for insurance purposes. In the event there is a purposeful disconnection of the cameras, a technician will be dispatched and there is a $500 reconnection fee.
