One of a kind 7 bedroom themed home with pool, sleeps 15 close to Disney! (And, yes, location does matter.) Our clubhouse is designed to make your once in a lifetime vacation memorable. We spoke to Disney experts (children) about what they prefer and created a magical experience. There is something for everyone with surprises throughout! Why limit your experience only to the parks? The space
Our Magic Clubhouse is truly a themed vacation home that is located 4 miles from Disney! The home is located in Rolling Hills Estates which is one of the closest vacation rental communities to Disney. This villa is ideally situated close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and all Central Florida attractions.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy the whole home from the game room, to the themed rooms, to the swimming pool. A computer station with printer is also complimentary!

Other things to note
For an additional fee, the pool can be heated. You will receive a pool heat addendum with your confirmation package.

You can request Mid-stay clean at an additional charge. A Mid-stay clean includes: washing all sheets and towels, cleaning all bathrooms, kitchen area, vacuum and dusting, sweeping and mopping and refreshing your starter paper products.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The home is in a Cul-de-sac, which means little to no traffic. Just 2 minutes outside the estates brings you to a great grocery store, and restaurants such as Outback steakhouse, Red Lobster, and Bill's Buffalo Wings. There are also many fast food chains close by.

We are an American family of five that have lived abroad for the past 8 years. As a result of being an expatriate, we have been blessed to be able to travel the world with our children. We have always preferred vacation homes over hotels because of the privacy and flexibility they provide. We look for homes that are safe and would allow our friends and family to rest, relax, reconnect and most importantly have fun! As an experienced traveler, we've learned to look for vacation homes and locations that have something for everyone and everyone knows what to expect when we arrive. With this in mind, each family member has contributed in deciding what should be included in the 7 bedroom house. Our teenage son designed the Epcot Tron room complete with a Playstation 4...not 3, but a 4! (Apparently, this is critical to gamers.) Our 7 year old selected the Disney Frozen theme and has over 15 princess dresses for visiting princesses to model! Our 12 year old created the Universal Studios Harry Potter room which comes complete with potions, movies, books and costumes. While we all have our favourite, every mom knows that being able to have an uninterrupted conversation, read a book or watch a movie is what truly makes it relaxing. With that in mind, we designed the Mickey's 1950's Diner to keep the younger ones busy during meal time. It comes complete with a mini jukebox, 1950's custom made diner booth for children, and a TV. We're continually making improvements and hope that our guests will enjoy the attention to detail throughout the house to make it a memorable experience. We believe the most important thing is that your vacation feels like a vacation and you don't go home feeling more tired than when you arrived. The Magical Clubhouse has been designed with that in mind. Our hope is that you have a safe and fun place to reunite with family and enjoy a Florida experience without even leaving the home. While the amusement parks are great, what the family will remember is the time spent together in this unique and one of a kind themed experience.
