The space
The newly renovated Farmhouse has something for the whole family to enjoy. There are large hardwood forests and pine forests with trails winding all through the property. In the evening the property is great for stargazing as there is no light pollution. Enjoy the front deck and yard to lull to the sound of the fountain in the stocked pond. There is a play set in the backyard for the kids' enjoyment. Enjoy reading and relaxing on the front or back porch. Gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows after enjoying dinner in the lit courtyard with built-in grill. Cooking meals is easy in the spacious kitchen, which features gorgeous marble countertops. The attached dining area with expandable table offers the perfect setting for family style meals.The environmentally friendly geothermal heating and cooling keeps the farmhouse the perfect temperature year round. Natural botanical shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided as well as organic bamboo sheets. The Farmhouse has Wi-Fi and 4 TVs with streaming capabilities. We have bikes on the property that you can use to bike to a winery to enjoy fire grilled pizza and Finger Lakes wine. If you love animals we have alpacas, peacocks & chickens, as well as miles of hiking trails on the farm, Feathers and Tails Farm. The in-law suite features a full kitchen, full bath, private entrance and option to have doors closed to separate units completely or have doors open to have access to full house. The scenic drive to the Farmhouse is rated one of the top ten scenic drives in the country by drive the nation as you drive through vineyards, farmland and dramatic views of the lake. Minutes from downtown Canandaigua where you'll find the New York Kitchen, the CMAC Performing Arts Center, Wegmans grocery store, boutique shopping, farmers markets and more.
