Sitting on a gated section of Westridge, this four bedroom family villa with games room and a south-facing pool deck, is just a short drive away from the popular tourist road US192 with its wide range of shops and restaurants and Disney nearby. The open-plan living space in this property and having no neighbours at the back of the pool deck are great benefits this holiday home offers.

The space
Living Accommodation - The open-plan living accommodation includes a family dining table at the front of the villa, a self-catering kitchen with a small dining table overlooking the pool deck and the lounge with comfy seating, TV and doors leading outside.
Bedrooms - The Master bedroom sits at the rear of the villa and has a King-size bed, doors leading to the pool, walk-in closet and large en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2, at the front of the villa, has a Queen-size bed, whilst Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both Twin rooms and have been decorated in a style to suit any holidaymaker.
Outdoor Living - The south-facing pool deck area, with private pool, offers plenty of space for the whole family and has the benefit of no overlooking neighbours at the back of the pool area, to the rear of the property and a covered area for alfresco dining. To enhance your stay during the cooler months, additional pool heat is available for an small nightly fee. Please enquire when booking
Entertainment - The games room has been equipped with a pool table and an air hockey game for the young-at-heart members of the family.
