Yes, warm! Our place is a feeling. You can arrive in the dark and see by our firepit Park next to the deck, walk a few feet, open the door, and walk inside. You're home. We are setup for anytime arrival. "Kate Brown" wears a hat and is milked every day. We give a free goat milk sample. Free-range chickens and roosters will follow you. Snuggle down on the love couch for a Roku/Netflix movie (you connect to YOUR cellphone Hotspot). You can walk around and see wildlife or buy fresh eggs ($4).

The space
Yes, you have a private shower, all amenities provided. This tiny house has a closet if you want to stay a month, with decor and details of a scavenger lifestyle. It is not handicap accessible but instead is alluring to a couple with an appreciation of metal things; license plates will steer you to the bedroom where magic could spark your marriage, but please watch your head. At this time, one dog is allowed, a one-time charge of $20. No cats are allowed. We give you 5 local discount cards to eat and save money by supporting Horseshoe Bend businesses. Our property is yours, yes, you can have friends over, use the deck barbecue, or play live music in our new band trailer. (ask, it has a complete drum set).

Guest access
Private access for you. We are setup for self checkin and anytime arrival. We have our homemade freeze dried candy, fruit, MRE'S to buy, and horse treats to give, just ask. We hope the free range chickens, goats, and horses make you smile and feel special. Checkin is after 2 pm. and checkout at 11 am. (If you need to stay later or arrive earlier, just ask)

Other things to note
We only allow one dog with a $20 fee. If you are bringing a dog, please tell us the size and breed, and they must be on a leash. No cats are allowed. Your key is hanging on a hook inside the front door. The door will be unlocked. Donot leave the front door open unless you want chickens and bugs inside. We have 4 horses (Dutchess had her foal on 6/18, a buckskin mare named Dusti) and a donkey.

Neighborhood highlights

The Ole RV Park is a community. We have 11 rentals, so people are arriving/departing and some living long-term on the 2.3 acre property. You will meet our Alpine goat, "Kate Brown," who is milked every day, and her best goat friend Feebee. You can try milking. Just ask. The milk is kept fresh and cold in a brown mini frig. Free-range chickens and roosters will follow you. Our 4 horses are Orion, MamaLady, Dutchess, and Red Cloud. Our donkey is named Jenny. By request, we give basic horse instruction. We have domestic quail in raised coops that we hatched from an egg. We have meat rabbits for sale, and you can let your kids play with them. Lastly, we have an incredible Boxer named Rooster Cogburn who is trained on command, and he adores kids and people of all ages. Check out our second 2 acre property nearby on Lucky Lane with RV Spaces for your own camper. We have 2 tiny houses there on airbnb; the Cube and the Hardy House (sleeps 7!).
