The space

- Our cleaning standards: we use eco-friendly products and adhere to CDC cleaning guidelines. We follow a robust disinfection protocol between every guest stay.
- We have outdoor security cameras that face the front and backyards. We do not have any indoor security cameras.
Everything in our home has been thoughtfully selected to complement the natural beauty of your surroundings while providing an upscale, hotel-like vibe. Do your morning yoga or have your morning coffee on the covered patio overlooking the red rocks. Cook dinner in the gourmet kitchen then gather your guests around the gorgeous, locally-made 8 person dining room table. Cozy up next to the gas fireplace in the large family room after a relaxing soak looking up at the stars in the newly installed hot tub. We also provide wireless internet and DIRECTV.
The home is located in Sun Up Ranch, an upscale collection of properties in the Village of Oak Creek, a high-end, quiet neighborhood just 15-minutes from West Sedona (the drive both ways is truly spectacular!). The house is far from heavy traffic but still close to award-winning restaurants (including Cucina Rustica, owned by world-renowned chef, Lisa Dahl), spas, art galleries, golf courses, vortex sites, and great hiking and biking trails.
Every room has stunning views of Sedona's red rock formations. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, gigantic windows, walk-in closet, TV and large bathroom with soaking tub and stand-in shower. The split layout provides even more privacy, with 2 guest bedrooms and a large full bath at the other end of the home, each with their own fantastic views, full-sized bed and large closet.
The kitchen is well-equipped, with an induction range, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and electric tea kettle. There are plenty of pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, glasses, mugs, and spices.
The laundry room has a washer, dryer, drying rack, and deep sink.
The large patio overlooks an acre of natural landscape and includes plenty of seating and a yoga/meditation corner. Enjoy breakfast, yoga, and meditation with magnificent views. Then at night, soak in our hot tub while looking up at the stars.
The house has a garage that can accommodate 1 car and the driveway can accommodate 2 more cars. We also have an exercise area in the garage with free weights, plates, a bench with leg extension/bicep curl, squat rack, exercise bands, and jump rope so you never miss a workout (a Snap Fitness is an 8 minute drive away if you're looking for a full gym).
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house.
Other things to note
Please note that while we have the best Wi-Fi speeds offered by internet providers in Sedona and while our Wi-Fi is generally fine, internet speeds and service throughout all of Sedona generally aren't as fast or reliable as in major cities. Outages are rare, but they do happen, and we will do our best to keep you informed of any outages. We also apologize in advance if you do experience slower speeds than you're used to.
Also note that windows in common areas (kitchen, dining room, and living room) do not have window coverings in order to preserve our gorgeous, unobstructed views of Sedona's red rocks. All bedrooms have blinds and/or reflective film coverings.
Lastly, regularly scheduled property maintenance vendors may come during your stay, such as weekly spa maintenance and cleaning, monthly insect treatment, bi-weekly landscaping, quarterly propane gas tank refills, etc. We will do our best to provide you with at least 24 hours notice of these services. If for any reason we require entry into the house for scheduled maintenance or other repairs, we will provide you with at least 24 hours notice and also request your permission to enter the property. Any third party who enters the house is always accompanied by the house manager.
Hot Tub Usage Guidelines:
We want you to have a fantastic stay, and that includes enjoying our hot tub. For everyone's safety and to maximize your experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
Supervision:
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub area.
Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.
Temperature:
The hot tub temperature is set at 103. Please do not attempt to adjust it.
Health Considerations:
Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.
Shower Before Use:
Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub.
No Glassware:
For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers.
Cover Usage:
When not in use, please ensure the hot tub cover is securely in place. This helps with insulation, safety, and energy efficiency.
Liability:
If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present. Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur.
By using the hot tub, you agree to abide by these guidelines for the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Enjoy your relaxing soak!

As your property management team, we are available to assist you between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM daily. Please send us your questions in the message center and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
For urgent emergencies—such as a fire, flood or medical emergency in the home—please dial 911 and then contact us immediately.
All non-emergency inquiries received outside of business hours will be addressed on the next business day.
DISCREPANCIES:
Should you have any concerns with the cleanliness of the unit or its amenities, these issues MUST be brought to the host's attention during your stay so we may have the opportunity to address the issue immediately. We will not provide refunds for any discrepancies brought up after check out or for anything outside the Host's control. This includes weather, travel, government, and acts of God. Additionally, no refunds or discounts will be issued if the pool, pool heater, hot tub, hot tub heater, or other complimentary amenities require repairs or are temporarily shut down. Refunds will only be considered if the guest has paid for additional services and those services were unavailable. All other amenities not essential for the livability of the home are considered complimentary and are not eligible for refunds or discounts.
