The space
There’s nothing quite like an A-frame, and this one has been turning heads since day one. Featured in Condé Nast Traveler, Houzz, and West Elm, and loved by over 298 guests.
Sink into the hot tub after a day at the lake, cook a proper meal in the full chef’s kitchen with teak countertops, double farmhouse sink, and Nespresso, then gather around the fire pit under the trees. This is that cabin.
The master suite sits at the back of the cabin with a private entrance onto the deck and its own staircase up to the iconic soaker tub bathroom with a treetop view. The second bedroom has a queen bed and four skylights overlooking the forest. A third queen bedroom sleeps up to 6. Just note at full capacity this room is a walkthrough, and the master suite uses its private entrance.
The Hideout community is stacked: 2 lakes, 2 pools, tennis, volleyball, mini golf, a ski hill and lift, art center, pottery, gym, sauna, basketball, and a golf course. Two of the best small towns in the Poconos, Hawley and Honesdale, are 25 minutes away and full of coffee shops, restaurants, and antique stores.

Guests will be given passes to use the nearby beach and pools and other amenities.

The lake is a few minutes walk from the house. Perfect for an evening stroll to watch the sunset.

Other things to note
You will be given membership passes by the community upon arrival. All guests will be registered with community and guests must check in with the Hideout upon arrival where you will get individual amenities badges and car passes (the community is gated) A renters form will be emailed to you to fill out prior to your trip this is necessary to gain entry to the community.

Pools are outside and m only open in the summer months. Lake and beach areas are open year round.

There is Nest camera located at the front of the cabin, as a safety precaution. We only check the camera to see if there is a car in the driveway to confirm a guests has arrived or departed. We actively respect your privacy during your trip.

Hi, we’re Dane and Sam. We are Photographers based in NYC. We've been in the city for 10 years, my husband grew up here and I'm originally from Manchester, England. We are really into our food and love to cook and eat at all the amazing restaurants in the area (shout out to my brother in law who is one of the cooks at Robertas and Momo Sushi shack!) We also love our bikes- like obsessively- the best way to get around the city. Ask us anything, we are happy to recommend places to visit and things to do, directions, bike rentals...whatever you can think of :)
