Cozy, rustic houseboat with 2 rooms and a kitchen in trendy Ringön, which is located just one stop from Scandinavia's largest shopping center, Nordstan. The boat is under construction during the fall of 2025, some painting and refurbishment will take place, OVERLOOKING THIS IS APPRECIATED. In addition, there is AppleTV as well as some TV games for rainy days. Patio with barbecue grill.

Since it's a family boat, we take turns handling the rental a bit. Please remember to book the correct number of guests who will be coming.

The space
We use the boat ourselves so our gadgets are there.
We use it as a summer cottage so it's not linen sheets but cozy old washed linens.
This is a boat not a hotel room, if you want hotel standard, I can recommend several nearby.
Everything is always freshly cleaned and freshly made when you arrive. During the summer, our renovation work may give a slightly messy impression because not all the moldings are in place, etc.
If you want perfect hotel cleaning, there are several nice hotels nearby.

Guest access
The gangway can be a bit scary for some, as you may have to take a big step up or down depending on the water level.
It's better to climb down to the lower level and go in that way if it feels safer and when the water is high. We usually unlock downstairs when the weather is messy.

Other things to note
There is both heating and AC so the boat is winter-proof.
THIS IS A BOAT NOT A HOTEL ROOM SO IF YOU ARE USED TO PERFECTLY CLEANED HOTELS AND IMPECCABLY MADE BEDS I CAN RECOMMEND SEVERAL HOTELS NEARBY. THIS IS A ROUGH AND COZY ACCOMMODATION.
My family and I use this as a home for ourselves sometimes so our stuff can be there.
Nothing that doesn't come from you in the toilet.
We take turns managing the rental in the family as it is a family boat.

Wonderful stay on the boat. If you want to go to the city, you can rent a scooter and ride to the city! Very nice! Definitely recommended if you want to be in the city but still want peace and quiet!
