I am offering my flat while I am on holidays.
The flat is 38 square metres in size and boasts a well-proportioned bedroom, living room, kitchen and a bathroom. It is located one floor above the ground level (up by a flight of stairs with around 12 steps -there is no elevator in the building). The flat has wooden floors, and because of that, although I have put rugs on the floor to minimise the noise going through to the flat downstairs, I ask for the shoes to be removed whilst in the flat in order not to disturb my neighbours downstairs. I would overall ask all guests to be considerate of the neighbours and refrain from making too much noise at night.
Guests are welcome to use all facilities in the flat, including the washing machine and the dishwasher, as well as the fiber-optic broadband internet connection. There is no TV in the flat. It gets very good light through the day.
The double bed in the bedroom can sleep two, and two more people may sleep using the sofa-bed in the living room, which measures 120cm by 200cm, once opened up. Both the bedroom, and the living room are around 13-14 square metres each, and have their own doors.
The flat is located in Angel, close to the Essex Road and Upper Street. It is, however, two blocks from the main road, and therefore is fairly quiet. Within 5 minutes' walk, you will find yourself in the middle of 24/7 open shops, nice bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. It is a 5-8 minutes' walk from the Angel tube station (Northern Line), 10-12 minutes' walk from Highbury&Islington tube station (Victoria Line, Overground) and 2 minutes' from the Essex Road train station (which also connects to Highbury&Islington). The area is well serviced with 24-hour buses that connect Central&West London to East&North London. There is a bus stop right around the corner. The flat is within 30-45 minutes' walking distance to Oxford Street and Covent Garden. The flat will come clean for your use. Even if there is someone staying in the flat before your arrival, I have arranged with a cleaner and a friend, to make sure the flat will be cleaned in between. However, it will not be serviced during your stay, unless you would want that option to be considered as well, in which case I can check whether that could be arranged at an extra cost.

As could be expected, I would request that the guests be mindful of the neighbours in the apartment and not make too much noise late at night.
Notice that if you will be more than 3 people sharing the flat and use the sofa bed, that the sofa-bed has a mat that measures 120cm by 200cm and is not as thick as the mattress I have on the bed. Two people have slept quite a few times using that sofabed, although note that it is around 20cm-30cm shorter than how wide a normal double/queen sized bed would be. I would like you to confirm this before proceeding with the booking.
I am quite flexible with check-in and check-out times, but we may have to coordinate with other guests that might be checking out/in the dates you are checking in/out.
