The space
New kitchen with all the amenities and set up for making your meals if you don't want to go out, and an outdoor gas grill/picnic area. Fiber optic High Speed Wi-Fi with a desk working area in the living room. The front porch is a nice place to have a cup of coffee or meet up with friends, if you don't want to sit around the fire pit in the backyard. Its like having a home away from home! Need a break, come getaway to this Airbnb and work from here!

Large back yard space, complete with a gas grill and picnic table. A firepit area for roasting marshmallows or cooking a hotdog over an open firepit flame. And for hammock or porch swing lovers, there is one under the tree for reading a book or catching a breeze on a hot day.

Other things to note
A fully furnished modern kitchen and everything you might need to prepare a meal is available to you. Another note, I I have enclosed off the carport area making it a utility studio area with its own separate entrance. It is closed off to guests.
