The space
On entering the cabin, you're greeted by a beautiful, cathedral-esque grand room with floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights that flood the space with natural light, offering gorgeous views of the surrounding woods. This spacious area is perfect for gathering with loved ones, working remotely, playing games, or enjoying dinner around the table. The open-plan living and dining area, complete with a cozy wood-burning stove, sets the stage for memorable moments.
The kitchen is a cook's dream, with a view of the top deck. It comes fully equipped with all the essentials, including a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Darby Cabin features two nicely designed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom, located downstairs, is a chic and private haven with an en-suite bathroom, opening onto a porch, porch swing, and sauna for ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom, a cozy retreat, is perched in the lofted space above the living room.

As you approach Darby Cabin from NYC you will drive over the Hawks Nest Highway (very Cali!) high above the Delaware River and the views are astounding.
While the house is private and tucked away, we are located just 7min from Barryville where you can visit the Barryville General for local supplies, Stickett Inn for a cocktail, the Farmers Market on Saturdays (May-Oct), The Blue Fox for dinner, and Barryville Bottle for liquor/wine. We are also 25min from Narrowsburg - an adorable town perfect for an afternoon out! The Launderette for pizza is our favorite.
If getting out on the river is your thing in summer, there are a ton of options for rafting/tubing and it's so much fun floating down the river on a glorious afternoon. There are some great local hikes too!
