La Tiny de Kitourne is a few kilometers from Bergerac and Monbazillac.
It is a self-built eco-house in 2020. Comfortable, it is fully equipped.
It is located in the heart of our property between the park and the forest.
As the only guests, you can enjoy the 10 m x 5 m swimming pool, the entire park, and much more in complete peace. No air conditioning.

The space
This tiny house was built from scratch in 2020 with respect for the environment and following forgotten techniques. The real challenge was to find the perfect balance between comfort, modernity and minimalism.

a bathroom with walk-in shower/sink/toilet, an equipped kitchen, a lounge/dining area, a mezzanine bedroom.
It is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen utensils, dishes...)
The tiny house has a dry separator toilet.
Note that there is no TV or WiFi (but 5G works very well).

Guest access
You will have access to the park (1.5 hectares), the 10m x 5m swimming pool and all its facilities (deckchair, ping pong table...). All these facilities are to be shared only with ourselves.
We also provide you with a tandem to discover the surroundings and stroll along the greenway.

Other things to note
As you can see in the pictures, the stairs to the mezzanine are relatively steep.
To preserve our little corner of nature, we ask that you use only organic products during your stay (shower gel, cleaning product...)
The bed size is 140 by 190
Without being completely isolated, you will be away from the crowds.
