Monroe Studio is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Its well-thought-out, detailed touches include high ceilings, skylights, wood and tiled flooring, a plush king bed, a 55’’ smart TV, full kitchenette, private parking, charming outdoor porch with covered table for four, and an easy step-in shower. Modern, clean, and supremely comfortable with everything you need, our newly remodeled 360 sq ft space is conveniently located in the heart of the Friendly neighborhood.

The space
Our newly remodeled studio sleeps two very comfortably with a plush king sized bed, duvet bedding, a full kitchenette, easy access step in shower, an out door porch hang out space, private parking for two vehicles, a 55 inch tv screen and a cozy love seat sofa.

Please note- There is a loft with a bed. Please let us know ahead of time if you will need to use it and an extra $20 fee for our cleaning help will be added to your reservation cost. There is a narrow, steep, rolling ladder for access. Recommended for the agile only. No children in the loft please.

miles from U of O, 3 miles from Autzen Stadium, 1.4 miles from the Hult Center.
Both downtown Eugene and the Whitaker neighborhood, full of restaurants, bars, and shops, are only minutes away. Eugene is an easy place to navigate, with quick access to the city bus just around the corner, and designated bike paths and running trails just minutes away. From the house you can wander or bike along miles of bike path. Nearby recreation attractions include Spencer’s Butte, the Ridgeline Trail, and Mt. Pisgah.
