Nestled in Madison, Indiana’s beautiful historic district. The home is a newly renovated four square craftsman, located in the middle of town, still quiet and cozy. You are a half of a block from Main Street, the beautiful Broadway fountain, and just three blocks from the river, Lanier Mansion, and Crystal Beach, Visitor’s Center and within walking distance of all of Madison’s event locations as well as historic properties.

The space
The house is open concept on the main floor. The first floor includes, a living room, kitchen, half bath, formal dining room, family room and spacious front porch with two swings. The upstairs has 2 private sleeping rooms, a loft and two full baths.

We live and work within the block and will not tolerate parties. We love our neighbors and want to respect them as well.

Neighborhood highlights

Surrounded by beautiful historic homes and conveniently located near the shopping district, restaurants, several historic sites, and within a couple blocks of our entertainment venues. This is a great location for those who enjoy exploring by foot. This is a quiet neighborhood and with wonderful neighbors and we ask you respect that. This house is setup for relaxing and recharging yourself. We don’t allow parties. We find exciting in the form of swinging on the front porch enjoying the beauty or snuggled up enjoying great conversation and some good food from a local restaurant. This house is great for groups who like to craft. We happen to own Little Golden Fox (located 1 block west) a creative business that can arrange a creative retreat or project for your stay. Feel free to stop in and introduce yourself. We love meeting our guest.
