Stay at Netherwood in a classic New England carriage house converted into a guest house with modern amenities, including king beds and en suite bathrooms. Private with amazing views, yet readily accessible to local attractions.

The space
The Guest House is a turn-of-the-twentieth-century carriage barn, converted in 2020 with fully modern amenities.
- Each bedroom offers a king bed and private en suite bathroom, including multi-head jetted shower.
- Individual room-controlled heat/AC.
- Free Wi-Fi & streaming TV.
- Lounge with comfy large sectional & large Roku TV with streaming cable TV.
- Kitchenette with apartment-sized fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, convection toaster oven, countertop one-burner induction cooktop with compatible pots/pans, electric skillet, Keurig coffee maker (pods and drip), blender, small George Foreman grill, sink, dishes, knives/utensils, glasses/cups. (Please note - although this is NOT considered a full kitchen, it is quite functional.)
- Kitchen Table with Chairs - set up for 4, but can be expanded with the leaf next to the washer/dryer to accommodate 6 (there are also two additional chairs in the common room for use at the table so that 6 can eat together).
- Free large-capacity washer & dryer use, laundry soap, and dryer sheets.
- Enjoy one of the many perfect outdoor spots to take in the scenery - such as the deck with picnic table, seating, propane fire pit, and Weber gas grill with side burner; or perhaps overlooking the Fox Glen & flower gardens.
- Fresh baked goods provided daily (pumpkin raisin bread, cookies, muffins, brownies, etc.).
We book only one group of people at a time. No other guests will be staying in the guest house at the same time as your group.
Our usual capacity is 6 people (three king size beds, 2 people in each). If you are a slightly larger group (up to 9 total), we can accommodate if three of your group are good with sleeping on sofas (sofa in the first floor Cardinal Suite can accommodate one person, and the sectional sofa in the Lounge can accommodate two in a pinch). Especially doable if 3 of your group are kiddos.
Drive an EV? We do, too! We have a level 2 charger at 40 amps - let us know if you’d like to charge up!
Our solar array generates enough green electricity to power the entire Netherwood property, including the Guest House.

We book only one group of people at a time. No other guests will be staying at the same time as your group.
Each of the 3 suites offers a king size bed and en suite bathroom, as well as a Roku TV, small desk & chair, dresser, hanging rod for clothes, luggage rack, and seating area.
The first floor suite (Cardinal) also offers a sofa.
Our usual capacity is 6 people (three king size beds, 2 people in each). If you are a slightly larger group (up to 9 total), we can accommodate if three of your group are good with sleeping on sofas (sofa in the first floor Cardinal Suite can accommodate one person, and the sectional sofa in the Lounge can accommodate two in a pinch). Especially doable if 3 of your group are kiddos.
Besides the indoor spaces, enjoy one of the many perfect outdoor spots to take in the scenery - maybe on the deck, or perhaps overlooking the Fox Glen & flower gardens, or in the hammock beneath the big oak tree.
