ON THE RIVER! 2 mi from Yellowstone Dutton Ranch. Hannon House is a homestead just steps from the Bitterroot River. Our Westslope Suite has a private entrance and is a one bedroom with king sized bed, luxury bath & an enclosed screened porch with couch, chairs & coffee table. Room includes a soaking tub, shower, smart tv, mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Large private deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ! Please note dogs MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES to protect our livestock.

The space
8 acres on the river. Hannon House is a historic Montana homestead farm house located on the Bitterroot River and the Lewis and Clark trail of discovery. The main house was titled in 1900. Structures on the property are over 120 years old dating from the site's original settlement. Amenities include a large hot tub, private boat launch, private river access and fire pit. We are 27 miles from Lost Trails Powder Mountain, in the heart of spectacular fly fishing and surrounded by big mountains for big adventure!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the other rental unit and the main house.

Other things to note
Please note that there is a maximum of one dog allowed. Pets must be LEASHED AT ALL TIMES while on the property. We have livestock on the property. Thank you!
