Nature abounds in this whimsical forest retreat. Surrounded by rhododendron, ferns and endless forest views, and filled with the soothing sounds of the creek, the wilderness is right at your back door.

Enjoy a short hike to the Fall Branch Falls waterfall. Soak up the sounds of the creek as you sit on the porch.

The space
Completed in 2021, our 480 sq foot, 1 bedroom cottage is perfect for 1-2 people looking for some quiet time in the mountains.

We have a fully stocked kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove and dishwasher.

Bathroom -- We have a fully updated bathroom with large tile shower. But for real... that shower though.......

Snuggle up by the indoor fireplace (propane) located in the main living space. (Available for use from late November - April).

Enjoy a fire on the outdoor patio, adjacent to the creek.

Bring a dvd and watch a movie on the tv in the bedroom. (We are unable to get cable or satellite tv services, so dvd is your only option for tv.)

This is a place to truly unplug. We have very limited internet access.

**Please note: Our Retreat is not suitable for children or infants. **

We do not allow children, smoking, pets or parties.

We love sharing our space with others,

Neighborhood highlights

Our cabin is the closest cabin to the Fall Branch Falls waterfall (one of Blue Ridge's most popular trails) and borders the 300-mile Benton MacKaye Trail.
The Retreat borders the the Aska Adventure Area and the Rich Mountain Wilderness Area, making up 27,000 acres of untouched Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest.

The area is well known for all things outdoor -- hiking, mountain biking and trout fishing.

Charming Blue Ridge and Ellijay are just 25 minutes away. There are a few small restaurants only 10 minutes away from the cottage.
