Set over 300 sq m, Villa Artemisia offers five bedrooms and five bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to blend comfort with convenience. It welcomes up to 10 guests in beds, with the option to accommodate one more on a rollaway bed.

Artemisia Residence overlooks Souda Bay, offering charming mountain and sea views. It is located in the premium Akrotiri area, just 8 km (a 10-minute drive) from the lively Loutraki Beach and only 15 minutes from Chania’s Old Town.
Amenities include a large heated pool, a BBQ area, and generous outdoor spaces. The landscaped grounds are ideal for outdoor activities, while the bedrooms provide comfortable, dedicated workspaces for guests who need to work during their stay.
