The space
Mariaville Goat Farm is a “hidden gem,” perfectly nestled between the Adirondack and Catskill mountain ranges in upstate NY! We are located on 8.25 natural acres, which includes our: yurt, treehouse, outdoor yoga studio, picnic area, nature trails, and farm/home operations.

Guest access
As our guest, you will have private access of the tree house and its immediate surroundings. You will also have access to our nature trails, outdoor yoga studio, picnic area - and critters! Please feel free to explore our one-of-a-kind farm and play with all the farm critters. Create your own unique moments and find out for yourself why we are an Air BnB “Guest Favorite!”

We offer a variety of delicious home cooked meals including: breakfast (complementary and ready for pick-up at the farmhouse gate at 8 AM), meal selections, a la carte items, and special occasion packages. Visit our website ("Farm Made Meals" page) for menu options, pricing, and ordering; during the ordering/checkout process, there is an "Additional information/order notes" section where you can inform us of your dates of service, dietary requests, etc. *Please note that our kitchen is closed for additional meals on Tuesdays (we still provide breakfast), to allow us time with our family. To ensure meal delivery, arrangements should be made, at least, 24 hours prior to check-in. Enjoy!

Looking to maximize your farm retreat with some self-care? Consider booking an on-site service (massage, reiki, etc.) during your stay! Please see our website ("Community" page) for a list of our service provider partners and their offerings!

We also offer a shuttle service to either the Schenectady or Amsterdam train stations for an additional $40 (one way). If you are interested in this service, please let us know at the time of reservation.

***As we are small family farm (who is early to bed and early to rise), please understand that any messages sent after 6 PM may not receive a response until the next morning.***

*This venue has an Air BnB exemption to not accept service pets.
*The treehouse is perfect for couples and small families; four grown adults may be uncomfortable in the space. It may not be suitable for very young children and is more appropriate for children 4 years and up.Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
*There will be water, a wash basin, personal care products, and washcloths at the tree house for your convenience; towels are available, upon request.
*Some amenities (outdoor shower, campfire, etc.) may be weather dependent.
