This modern, industrial, glam cottage just minutes from the award winning wineries of North Georgia offers a one of a kind experience. One king bedroom and two twins in the loft. Guest have access to the entire cottage including the fire pit, front porch. Located just a few short minutes from the Award Winning wineries of The Dahlonega Plateau and only 12 minutes from the historic square in Dahlonega. Entry to this gem is quite easy with no stairs and a full ADA bathroom.

The space
This cottage is the perfect juxtaposition of glamor, industrial and modern design features that come together to create a one of a kind getaway experience. Here are a just some of the features. Full ADA bathroom with large shower right off the main living area. Full ensuite bathroom in the luxurious master bedroom with botanical feature wall. Loft area has custom twin beds. (Please note: Loft area with twin beds is only accessible from a staircase.) Sit on the front porch in your Adirondack chairs, or make a fire at the fire pit and enjoy the provided S'mores. A spring fed creek runs along one edge of the property with great areas to walk and explore. All this just 5 minutes from Cavender Creek Vineyard and just 12 minutes from downtown Dahlonega with its historic charm, restaurants and shops. There are stairs up to the loft which are visible in the listing. Insurance requires us to make you are aware of the stairs and that you agree to hold us harmless for use of the stairs.

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire cottage including the fire pit, front porch, and the 7 acres of grounds. The parking area outside the home allows for 2 cars. Additionally there is another designated parking area inside the gate for the other treehouse unit further down the property.

Other things to note
Entry to this gem is quite easy with no stairs and a full ADA bathroom. The firepit behind the house is perfect for evenings telling stories around the camp fire and making s'mores.

There are stairs up to the loft which are visible in the listing. Insurance requires us to make you are aware of the stairs and that you agree to hold us harmless for use of the stairs.

This listing is located on an 8 acre property off of a main road and while it is easily accessible to the Dahlonega area you will hear some normal road noise from passing cars.
