Feel at home in a cozy, clean & quiet apartment, in a very lively and trendy neighborhood full of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets. The flat is walking distance from the city center (about 25 min), short taxi ride from the Tirana airport and bus stations to the south and north of Albania (15 to 30 min). The flat has AC in the living room, free wifi, a sofa, bedroom with two beds (single and one bit smaller than double), fully equipped kitchen & bathroom. Come and enjoy!

I offer one cozy, clean and quiet apartment located in Tirana, walking distance from the city center and other main attractions. The apartment comes with:
- one bedroom (double bed and a single bed, one wardrobe);
- one living room (with a sofa);
- a kitchenette;
- one bathroom;
- a hall.

Kitchen is fitted with all main utensils and cooking appliances. The property comes fully furnished. Sleeping capacity maximum is for 4 persons. Dining seating is possible for 4 to 6 persons. I offer the apartment for daily, weekly or monthly staying. Check in/out is flexible.

Cooling & Heating: Air conditioning is available in the living room only.

Location: The apartment is on the 1st floor of a 7 floor building. It is located 5 minutes walking distance from the closest bus station and 15-20 minute walking distance away from Skenderbeu Square (city center, 2.3 km) and other interesting places. In the 1st floor of the building you can enjoy a good café outside, in a sunny terrace. There is also a billiard and an internet café. The area around the building is full of little shops selling fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh bread, very tasty local cheese and other necessary products, with opening hours until late evening. Shopping centers with a supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk away. A lot of nice bars and restaurants are as well located very near. Banks and ATMs also.

Facilities in the apartment: TV, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, kitchen appliances (big fridge, oven and stove, mixer) and all necessary cutlers. Linen and towels are provided. Also salt, sugar, coffee, cooking oil, shampoo and toilet paper. The flat offers wireless internet, no limit.

Parking: If you want to come by car or rent a car in Tirana, there is free parking space around the building where the apartment is. There is also possibility to park not far from the building under a reasonable payment.
