Located between Zion NP, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Kannarra Falls and Brian Head ski resort. This unique custom-built cottage is a Lord of the Rings hot spot! 5 minute drive from historic downtown, Near Three Peaks recreation area. This is a safe, cozy spot to rest from your adventures. Plenty of close hiking, dining, Shakespeare festivals, shops, yoga studios, lakes, streams and the beauty of all 4 seasons. It's nestled in the back yard. The yard is shared with guests from Middle Earth rental

The space

Our neighborhood has townhomes on one side of the street, and full-size homes on the other side. Our home is one of the full-size, stand alone, houses with plenty of parking.

We are very allergic to animals so please leave them home.

Featuring a comfortable queen bed with extra pillows, a vanity sink, stand up shower, an eco-friendly waterless toilet, a kitchenette including a microwave and fridge, water kettle, coffee & tea, paper plates, and utensils.

There is an air conditioner for summer and a heater for winter. The black out binds and curtains will help you get a good night sleep.

The cottage is nestled in the back yard. You are more than welcome to enjoy the hammock, our BBQ grill, outdoor glider, tables, chairs, and garden.

The toilet is a waterless eco-friendly toilet. This means there is a collection tank and is virtually odorless, similar to an RV toilet, but better! Our guests find it easy to use. No standing for men, you must sit down on the "throne". We just wanted to be clear about this feature so there are no surprises. We are able to answer any further questions you may have or feel free to go online to research Villa Separette toilets. Truly a worry-free experience.

Neighborhood highlights

Our quiet, safe neighborhood is in the small town of Cedar City Utah. Townhomes are on one side of the subdivision but our home is one of the full size houses with 2 car garages on the North side of the street. There is plenty of parking directly accross from our house.
