Guests consistently highlight how clean and spacious the home is, with many returning for repeat stays.
Entire two-story house with four large bedrooms to make you feel welcome and at home. All beds are queen-sized memory foam mattresses with plush bedding. There are two full bathrooms with soft cotton towels provided. There are Smart TVs and complimentary High-Speed WiFi for guests to use.

We strive to make you feel relaxed and comfortable.

The space
This is a convenient location to all major highways yet a five-minute walk from the front door can get you to a Toledo Metropark, Baskin Robbins or Starbucks. Looking out the front window across the street in the evening, it’s not abnormal to see deer or turkeys in the meadow.

The house is cozy with spacious rooms.

Guest access
The guest will not have access to the detached 2-car garage, shed or a storage closet(in Bedroom 1) during their stay.

For guests with extended stays of 28-days or more, we may be able to coordinate making the 2-car garage accessible with advanced notice.

Other things to note
From spring to summer, we do perform lawncare and landscaping on the property up to 3 times a week. In the winter, we clear snow as needed.

The University of Toledo Medical Campus is 2.9 miles away/7-minute drive. Great location students who are in town for exams.

The University of Toledo Main Campus is 4.1 miles away, approximately an 10-minute drive.

You are a 4-minute walk to the west to Starbucks or Baskin Robbins. A 10-minute walk to San Marcos OR Frontera Mexican Restaurants. Byblos is excellent 10-minute walk for great steaks or classic Italian/Lebanese fare.
