First Floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds and a pack n' play for babies/toddlers.
Second Floor: 1 bedroom with a trundle bed (2 twin beds) and another with a double bed and a twin-size memory foam floor mattress.
Additional sleeping options in the basement family room include a sofa, futon, and a queen-size memory foam floor mattress.

Availability: If the Lake House is not available during your preferred time frame, check out our other listing on the other side of the lake named: Beautiful Log Cabin on Belleau Lake -2900 sqft!. The log cabin is 2900 square ft, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 10; Also dog friendly.
Whole house generator kicks on if the power goes out during a crazy lakes region thunder storm! Exciting! Play games in the family room basement or watch a DVD on one of the large TVS, no wifi required ;)
Parking- 6 spots available. 4 across the dirt road at our garage and 2 to the left of the flagpole next to the house.
Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be housebroken, leashed at all times outside and picked up after (please do not put poop bags in the trash by themselves or left on the property; must be thrown in a regular trash bag before disposal). Pets are not allowed on the furniture. There is a $35 One Time Fee per dog that we will request from you on Airbnb.
Snow- we have a plow guy come during storms. In the winter months please park vehicles tight together to give them room. There is plenty of pet friendly rock salt and shovels on the porch if you need other areas cleared. *NOTE the weather can be unpredictable and our plowing contractor does his best to arrive in a timely manner to clear the driveway and paths, but in the event you arrive on a snowy day, please be careful.
Trash/Recycling: We offer trash pick up only early Thursday mornings. Please ensure everything is bagged (no loose items). Recycling is not offered for pick up in NH, so please carry out all recycling. Wakefield Town Transfer station is 15 minutes down the road heading south (usually on your way home). You can bring your recycling there and show your Airbnb reservation if asked. Please check in advance online for hours.

FYI: The lake house is surrounded by pine trees near the water. Some think the white spots on the stairs are bird 💩… it’s actually pine sap and after many attempts to power wash (including a professional) it is not in our control.
