Your upstairs loft apartment offers magnificent river views & is just steps from many fabulous shops, eateries & other attractions. The Riverside Drive location is the ultimate place walk, jog or bike, or just relax! Let the beauty & enchantment of Augusta & your graciously southern surroundings refresh & elevate your spirits!

The space
South Bank Station exudes the history and spirit of the quaint and quirky town of Augusta, and has everything you need for a comforting stay! Keep watch of the boats and barges traversing the Ohio River through your windows as you experience the Southern Hospitality of South Bank Station. Wake up to the invigorating yet somehow calming view of the vast and mighty Ohio River. Make coffee and pancakes in the fully stocked kitchen, or, walk or bike to breakfast at a nearby restaurant, and then afterwards, bike west along the River and turn right on "Long Stretch" for a refreshing scenic view of fields and wide open spaces. Enjoy the Fiber Optic Internet if you chose to stay connected, or if not, you will still find plenty to do! Pick organic produce from our raised bed garden. (The lettuce and greens are plentiful and ripe for harvest!) Enjoy dinner outside at the newly installed picnic table while watching the River roll by or while relaxing by the cozy firepit (firewood and amazing views provided at no extra charge.)

Augusta is a magical place with secrets waiting to be told. Discover the rich history and beauty which abound here. Tour the old Augusta Jail. Rent a kayak and traverse the mighty Ohio. Talk to friendly locals and neighbors while grilling dinner outside, and after viewing the magnificent sunset around the firepit, retire to your private enclave overlooking the gorgeous river!! Enjoy Lunch at the iconic Augusta General Store and after a fun tour of our many local historic buildings and landmarks, enjoy a fabulous dinner at the award-winning Beehive Tavern, (please check ahead with Beehive for hours) just steps away. Visit the Rosemary Clooney Museum, steps from your door, and then ride the Ferry across the River to Ohio. Travel the Backroads Wine Trail and Kentucky B-Line Trail and visit our local Baker-Bird Winery/Distillery. You will find plenty to do in Augusta and nearby, or, just relax and watch the magnificent River go by. Come be enchanted.
