El Mayorazgo is a rural tourism complex consisting of three houses for full rent, located in one of the most unique buildings in Cordovilla de Aguilar from which it takes its name. Originally from the 17th century, it is a complex mix of buildings, which accommodated all the uses and needs of the rural agricultural and livestock economy of this area. Careful rehabilitation has led to three homes with very different personalities.

The Casa del Arco takes its name from the entrance arch to what was the oldest house in the complex, and which has now been integrated as an interior access on the ground floor.
